Drug Uses
Diprolene AF Cream is prescribed to patients 13 years and older to relieve the inflammatory and pruritic manifestations of corticosteroid-responsive dermatoses.
How Taken
Applied once or twice daily spread a thin layer of Diprolene AF Cream to affected areas and rub gently and completely. Do not bandage, wrap or cover the affected area.
Warnings/Precautions
Do not use Diprolene AF Cream to any other disorder unless otherwise prescribed. Take medication exactly as directed and should not be used beyond the recommended time period.
Missed Dose
It is unlikely you will miss a dose, however if you do, apply medication as soon as you remember. If it time for your next scheduled dose, skip the last session and resume the follow up.
Possible Side Effects
Serious side effects that have been reported include skin atrophy which produces symptoms such as shininess, bruising and telangiectasia.
Storage
Store Diprolene AF Cream between 2 degrees and 30 degrees Celsius.
Overdose
If you suspect an overdose, seek emergency attention as Diprolene AF cream can be absorbed in ample amounts to create systemic effects
